Mr. Yogendra Kumar

The brains behind Vinayo is our Founder, Mr. Yogendra Kumar. A dynamic and visionary entrepreneur whose expertise has helped shape numerous ideas into successful ventures across industries. With his vast experience of 17+ years with a strong background in retail and retailers Shivay Enterprises and Elechome, he brings market know-how and real-life knowledge to the table. Under his leadership we have helped numerous businesses grow with strategic financial solutions and founded Direct Credit Group of Companies, which houses YSS Direct Credit – MSME Expert, YSS Digital Works, YSS Direct Realtors and YSS Elechome Pvt. Ltd. which are all built on strong pillars of trust, value addition and long-term relationships.

Assisting him is Mrs. Nivedita Mishra, Chief Operating Officer. With a laser-sharp focus on operational efficacy and execution, she has played a pivotal role in the organization’s success.

They jointly run businesses in the industries of financial services, real estate, retail and digital innovation. Vinayo is a testament to their ambition and dedication to innovation, quality, and value creation for their customers.
